How long do I have access to a course I buy?

Once you purchase a course, you have access to it for as long as LM Academy operates the Platform. There's no expiry date on your access — just log in whenever you're ready to learn, at your own pace. If you have a subscription, your access continues for as long as your subscription is active.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in most cases. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on course purchases and first-time subscriptions, provided you haven't consumed more than 5% of the course content (for individual course purchases) or more than 5% of the content of any individual course on the platform (for subscriptions). If you're not happy, just email us at academy[at]lauromueller.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order details and we'll sort it out.

Note that this voluntary guarantee is on top of, not instead of, any statutory rights you may have under EU or German consumer law.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

How does the subscription trial work?

All subscription plans come with a 3-day free trial. You can explore the Platform and its content during this period with no charge. If you decide it's not for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed. If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then and won't be charged again after that.

Will course content be updated over time?

Yes. We regularly improve and update course content to keep it accurate, relevant, and high quality. If a course you've purchased receives a significant update, we'll let you know by email. Any updates to content you've already purchased are included at no extra cost.

Are courses suitable for beginners?

Many of our courses are beginner-friendly. If a course requires any prior knowledge or experience, this will be clearly listed on the course page — so you'll always know what to expect before enrolling.

Do I get a certificate upon completion?

Yes! Once you complete a course, you'll receive a certificate of completion that you can download and share.
